Today Pinga and Pingu went to a market with arts and crafts. This cute elephant they found among all the stalls.
The menu at the indian macdonalds is definitely localized with both special meals and contents. Many are vegetarian and/or spicy.
This very bright and shiny shop is located in Hyderabad center. It sells nicely decorated saris. Note the huge chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.
After Golkonda, they went to tumbs of Qutub Shahi sultans. Many of them are very big and beautifully decorated with carved stonework. There was a Turkish or Persian bathhouse too.
Pingu, Pinga and friends are at the fort a bit outside of Hyderabad. They were amazed to learn there was water pumping system and water pipes already existed in the seventeenth century.
Pingu and Pinga went on some sightseeing today. It was quite hot at 32 degrees. On the way back the traffic was even more hectic. The photo captured the setting sun over the central lake in Hyderabad.
Pingu and Pinga arrived in Hyderabad yesterday. Since they were extremely hungry they ordered food as soon as they reached their friends house. Domino's pizza exist in India as well. Their slogan is 'hungry kya?' which means something like are you hungry.
Pingu and Pinga escaped me again and went to India. They landed in Delhi first and spent one night there. The hotel was in a shopping area so the next day they took a walk in the area with busy streets.
