Yokohama Anpanman museum

They went to Anpanman museum and mall. There was a special bakery that sells Anpanman character breads. Momo-chan got excited. Here he is in line for buying them.

Well, not really skiing but he was together when they were skiing. Maybe he will ski by himself next time

Momo-chan had fun on the slope with Pinga's friend and her family.

White all around

It snowed a lot during night so there were lots of snow in the morning. Perfect day for skiing!

Momo-chan is in Gunma prefecture now. Here he is having hachimaki on his head.

Christmas illumination

Pinga saw this big Christmas tree on the way to town. It's at one of the university buildings. Snow and illumination is a beautiful combination.

Winter wonderland

Pinga has been sick and hasn't been out much. Today she went back to work. After dropping off Momo-chan at daycare, she took this photo. Looks nice but it's really cold and biking is not the best activity to do...

Spikey hair Momo-chan

Because of the knit hat Momo-chan had an interesting spikey hair style. Pinga tried to capture it but it eas very difficult as he moved constantly.

Shoveling snow

As it snowed almost all day today, Pinga was shoveling snow and Momo-chan helped her a bit too. Then the fish wagon came and Momo-chan was totally distracted and watched the wagon for a long time.

4:30 pm and already dark

Momo-chan and Pinga went to ride a sleigh after daycare. There were some other kids at the small hill near by our house. It gets dark these days and it was a bit too dark to see.

3 months since I came here

Time flies and it's been three months since I came to heaven. Pinga and Pingu still think of me and Momo-chan also seems to understand that I am not there any more. it's me from the summer of 2007. It was nice and peaceful and I miss home!

It was tough for Pingu as he shoveled snow around the house. Momo-chan was happy as he could be on a sleigh.

It was white outside when they woke up this morning. It continued snowing until latte in the afternoon.

Birthday present for Pingu

Pingu got this huge cushion as a birthday present and Momo-chan enjoys it as well.

Beef filé dinner

With Pingu's sister and Pingu's father, they had birthday steak dinner. Pingu's dad did good job frying meat. Momo-chan didn't eat anything as he was sick. Get well soon Momo-chan!

Yogurt mustache Momo-chan

Momo-chan drunk filmjölk (sour milk) with gingerbread taste. He liked it a lot and he got yogurt mustache like this.

Gyouza lunch

As Pingu's dad is here Pinga made these gyouza for lunch. Everyone enjoyed it but Momo-chan didn't eat much as he was sick.

Momo-chan was happily running around with his Santa Claus clothes.

Friend's visit

Our friends came to visit for dinner. It was quiche and Momo-chan and his friend ate well. As you can see, Momo-chan had a very big stomach after dinner.

Pinga went to pick up Momo-chan yesterday and as usual he was in a playful mood.

New whipping machine

We have been using more than 20 years old whipping machine and it's making weird noise and could break down any moment. So Pingu ordered a new one and it was delivered. Momo-chan was very curious about it.

As you can see, he enjoyed it much.

Pumpkin soup

Pinga had this pumpkin soup at her friend's place. It was tasty with a bit of spicy kick to it.

Truffle omelette with crescia

Pinga tried to reproduce the tasty dish she had in Aqualagna, Italy. Pingu and Momo-chan liked it a lot so her project was a success!

Chestnuts from Italy

Pinga received those chestnuts from her Japanese friend in Italy. She has roasted them and they were very tasty. Momo-chan tried a couple too.

Momo-chan at a shopping mall

They went to a mall to see Pingu's sister. Momo-chan had fun hiding among clothes and so on. Pingu and Pinga were amazed what kind of things he found to play with.

Ready to go home?

No. He didn't have his socks on but otherwise almost ready. After half an hour Pinga got there, they came out of the daycare building.

Pinga went to pick up Momo-chan at daycare but Momo-chan wanted to play more. He found something and just continued playing.

Momo-chan wanted to try Pingu's fleece on. He was running around with it. Pinga got worried if he would trip on it but no problems.

Roasted castagna

Pinga was very happy to have roasted chestnuts again. It was tasty. Pinga is known to her friends as a chestnuts lover.

Many kinds of chocolates

This chocolate shop had many kinds of interesting shaped chocolates. Pinga especially liked the cheese shaped one but she thought about Pingu and her waist line and didn't get it.

Momo-chan's first summersault

Momo-chan has tried before but not really been able to do it but today he could do it right for the first time. Good job Momo-chan!

Sleepy Momo-chan

Momo-chan was quite sleepy Friday morning. Pingu was sleepy too so Momo-chan fell asleep again after waking up together with Pingu.

Superhero Momo-chan

Momo-chan likes this blanket and he runs around with as a superhero cape.

Kasutera

Momo-chan tried kasutera, Japanese sweet that was brought from Portuguese people, for the first time. Pinga was excited to see him eat but Momo-chan didn't like it much.

Pinga and Momo-chan were playing with those wooden blocks. Pinga found out that Momo-chan enjoys destroying more than building.

Full moon

On the way back home Momo-chan found full moon. As it's changed to winter time, it was already dark around 5pm.

It was cute when they sit quietly and watched Tomas and friends.

Visiting Japanese friends

They went to Japanese friends who lives close by. They have two boys around Momo-chan's age. Momo-chan's friend was excited about the cake but Momo-chan didn't want to even try it.

Momo-chan's friend and his mom came for dinner. Momo-chan tries to imitate what he does. Pinga tried this too!

Autumn colours

Autumn is coming close to end. Leaves are red, orange and yellow everywhere and they are falling down to ground too. Sunset is becoming early. Don't get depressed Pinga!

Horses close up

Momo-chan wanted to go closer and feed them so they went to the other side of the firm. This horse was very friendly and came to say hello to Momo-chan and Pinga.

Then they went to see horses in the neighbourhood. Momo-chan loves them and now he can say horses in both Swedish (hest) and Japanese(uma).
