Playdate

Momo-chan had two playdates this afternoon. One family from Denmark and then this neighbour boy. They had fun together.

Yatzy for the first time

Momo-chan played Yatzy for the first time with Pingu and Pinga. He was quite fortunate with dices and won with 300 points. He was the only one who got Yatzy (same number on all five dices). He was very happy with the win.

Bloom in the park!

The last stop in Malmö was at Bloom in the park. A Malmö restaurant that was awarded a Michelin star earlier this year. It was really nice food and attentive service. They enjoyed it a lot. Thank you Pinga!

Birthday celebrations in Malmö

Pingu was celebrated by Pinga in Malmö yesterday. First Pinga took Pingu to the cinema and they watched the last Hunger Games movie in 3D. Afterwards it had become dark and they enjoyed the Christmas lights that decorates central Malmö.

Apple meringue cake

As it was Pingu's birthday, Pinga ordered his favorite cake. Here's Momo-chan cutting it.

Italian bread

Pinga thought it looks like a sword. Momo-chan discovered that it's more of a shape of an ax. He also enjoyed alphabet soup spelling his friends names.

Cool hair Momo-chan

After the bath, Momo-chan wanted his hair to stand up like this. Pingu did good job blow-dry his hair.

Bringing ice?

Momo-chan wanted to bring this ice chunk to daycare. Pinga asked him nicely not to do so. Momo-chan was a bit sad almost all the snow has melted away.

A cousin comes to visit

Today Momo-chan's had a visit from one of his cousins from Malmö. Momo-chan really adores him and they had fun together. They watched A nightmare before Christmas and then he had to return home.

Having fun in the snow

There was heavy snow fall this morning. It fell like snow but was quite wet. Momo-chan enjoyed riding his sledge down the hill many times.

First snow!

It started snowing this afternoon and after dinner they went outside to build a snow man and throw some snow balls.

Holy moly Bat man!

Momo-chan likes bats and he was very happy to color the bat man symbol.

Choco mustache

After doing some errands they stopped by Pingu's office where Momo-chan drank some hot chocolate. It is easy to tell what he drank from his moustache.

New boots

Momo-chan and Pingu went to buy boots today because someone took the old ones from daycare :(. The new ones are new to Momo-chan but used ones. They are water proof which will be good during Lund's wet winters.

Bath balls 入浴剤

Momo-chan got excited with these bath balls from Pinga's mom in Tokyo. When it's melted to water, small toy comes out. Momo-chan is looking forward to bathing.

Lund station illumination

It was rainy and windy as usual today. People seem to be depressed by this dark, wet weather. Anyway, Momo-chan and Pinga went to pick Pingu up at the train station. Pinga thought this illumination looked nice.

Momo-chan wanted to paint this dragon God from his favorite Japanese cartoon. So Pinga has drawn an enlarge picture of it so that he could paint.

Beads headband

Momo-chan made this beads thing at daycare today. He is getting better and better with handicrafts.

Momo-chan was at a different daycare today as his daycare was closed today. At the beginning he was very shy but later he enjoyed meeting new teachers and kids. He made this iron beads key and tried to use it on a door lock at home. He said he wants to go back to this daycare again.

Playdate

Momo-chan had two friends over for playdate. It became a bit lough sometimes but they had fun together.

Momo-chan abs Pinga were at family gymnastics this morning. Momo-chan enjoyed it as usual.

Good bye Prius, hello Grand Picasso!

Yesterday they sold their trusted Toyota Prius. It has been nice 9 years together but now it was time to say good bye. Instead they say hello to a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso.

School visit

Next year, Momo-chan will start zeroth grade (a preparatory school year) so now they must choose which school he should attend. This past week Pingu attended a school open house.

Shaun the sheep and friends

Pinga gave Momo-chan a Shaun the sheep play doh gift. Pingu and Momo-chan built it tonight. Cute!

Bye pumpkins!

They lasted pretty long actually but now the pumpkins became scary in more ways than one. Today they had to throw them out. See you next year!

Lund with Christmas illumination

Pinga was out with a girlfriend this evening and noticed Christmas illumination is up already.

Pinga was baking chocolate banana muffin. She let Momo-chan have the spatula with chocolate cream on and he liked it much. Momo-chan used to like fruits and not much interested in sweets and cakes but it seems to be changing...

Trying it out

Momo-chan found his clothes and immediately tried it on. A little bit big at the moment but looks good on him. Very nice!

Back from library

Momo-chan and Pingu biked to library and borrowed these books. Momo-chan is really into this tiggerpojken Tam series that dragons appear.

Package came!

Momo-chan was so excited to open this package from France.

Spider

Momo-chan's current favorite movie is 'Nightmere before Christmas'. In the movie, Jack makes this spider cut out instead of snowflake. He made this together with Pingu.

Wild boar

Momo-chan wanted to be on this wild boar in front of the nature center. It was a fun walk.

3.5 km walk

They walked about 3.5 km this afternoon. Momo-chan had no problem with it. He did zip lining at the end. He did it just one as there were too many kids in line.

Moss

It was interesting for Pinga to see how scenery changes one part to the other. There were lots of fallen leaves, stoney way, then this area filed with moss.

Branch

As usual Momo-chan finds these branches and takes one with him.

Walk in the woods

Momo-chan abs Pinga went for a walk with h their friend at Skryllegården. It was windy and easily last night but became nice and sunny.

Hunt for tails

Momo-chan and Pinga were at family gymnastics this morning. Here they were doing 'hunt for tails' game. You try to take talks of other kids and parents. Momo-chan quite like it. He is usually after Pinga's tail. Game ends when there was no new replacement tails.

Late autumn

Pinga took this photo on the way to work. Leaves are yellow, orange and some red now. Gloomy weather but move colours.

Frog feet Momo-chan カエルの足

Momo-chan is creative. He said he had froggy feet at daycare. Then he showed it to Pinga at home. Funny Momo-chan!

Friends visit

Momo-chan had fun with his favourite friend yesterday evening. He had some souvenirs for her from Japan and she seemed to like it. Here's Momo-chan trying to prevent her from going home.
