Second time

They went to the same park after the dinner as well.

QP-chan came and joined Coco-chan walking along the fence.

Coco-chan wanted to see what's underneath the fence. 

At the playground

Pinga took twins to the playground in the morning today. QP-chan likes seeing but Coco-chan doesn't. So no double swinging. 

Fireworks

There was s fireworks event this evening. It is sponsored by Honda and there will be two more. Today's fireworks were created by Japan team. They are competing against UK and Canada teams. It was beautiful and brought Pinga her childhood memories. 

Happy baby pose

Pinga was at hot yoga class this afternoon. At the end of the class, there was a happy baby pose to open tight hips. Pinga thought about QP-chan while doing it. Then she saw her doing this on the stroller. Maybe QP-chan will be a yoga master in the future. 

Sleepy QP-chan

Towards the end of dinner, QP-chan was so tired she fell asleep at the table. Poor QP-chan! 

Yoga Coco-chan

Yoga mat towel has come so they checked if it fit the yoga mat. It fit perfectly. Coco-chan imitated Pinga like this. 

Holding hands

Coco-chan reached out and this boy answered back and they held hands like this. Cozy moment! 

At the playground

They didn't sleep much but they didn't fall Asleep again so Pinga took them to a playground. 

Wave good bye

Coco-chan started to wave hand a while back. QP-chan started to wave hand maybe a week ago. 

Water fun!

Out was a bit cloudy when they arrived but it became sunnier so they had fun playing with water. 

QP-chan in the middle

QP-chan walked among the fountains together with this older girl. She has a little brother who is two so she is good with small kids. 

On the way to water park

It's Wednesday so picnic by the water park. On the way to there, QP-chan fell asleep while playing with sunglasses. 

After cherries

They looked this valt after the cherry break. 

17 months old

Twins became 17 months old today. They had cherries from Okanagan for afternoon snack. As cherry juice has strong color, Pinga took their clothes off. Coco-chan liked them a lot and ate his up. Then he reached out for QP-chan's. As QP-chan was not so keen on eating them, she just let Coco-chan have them. 

Funny QP-chan

Pinga was at a library as the twins were sleeping. But QP-chan all of a sudden woke up just after 45 minutes of nap. Pinga hoped that she went back to sleep but she didn't. She was happily awake and playing with the cap of smoothie. 

Bath time fun

As usual they had fun splashing and playing in the bath. 

At the playground

As it became sunny, they went to a playground. Of course many people think alike and there were very many kids and families there. 

Cozy together

After eating afternoon snack, they were like this on the sofa. Would be good if they are this cozy all the time... 

Good morning Coco-chan

As usual, Coco-chan was up early around 7. He went in and out of this table. QP-chan didn't wake up and Pinga woke her up around 9. 

Daring QP-chan

QP-chan is not afraid and just goes down a slider whereas Coco-chan observes and takes time till he tries it. Coco-chan reminded Pinga of baby Momo-chan. 

In the swing together

It rained a bit today but it was great weather yesterday. So they were at a playground after dinner. Twin mom friends told Pinga about putting them together in the swing so they tried. They seemed to not go mind and enjoyed it. 

After dinner

As it was good weather, they went to Coal Harbour Park. There were many people. 

Cleaning twins

Twins found a tissue somewhere and started cleaning. Pinga was a bit surprised.

Water park

They joined Japanese moms picnic by the water park. Twins had fun with water and also with older kids. 

Morning routine?

It's almost a morning routine that Coco-chan helps out emptying sites washer. Good job Coco-chan! 

Headband twins

They were wearing headbands today. Coco-chan received his from Pinga's friend. He liked wearing it more than QP-chan.

QP-chan wanted to try sweeping as well.

Coco-chan is like Momo-chan when he was small. When Pinga was sweeping, he came and took the classic tool away from her. 

Bath time

Twins like bathing. They went into bath with Lego blocks today. 

Practicing stairs

Twins were at school playground. There were these mini stairs and they were curious. You can see how they went up and down in this visited clip.

Gelato break

Pingu and Pinga shared gelato this afternoon. They chose lemon, salted caramel and cherry flavors. You can see the demonstration of Falun Gong in the background. July 20 marks the 18 year anniversary since the Chinese government's oppression. 

Lego babies

Twins started morning playing with Lego. They started to build small things these days. As you can see, Coco-chan still likes to bite them too. 

She did it, PMP Pinga!

After studying very hard for the last month, Pinga went to take the project management test today. She passed and has been extremely happy since. Way to go Pinga! 

Evening walk

It looks like afternoon but this photo was taken at 7pm. After dinner they went out for an ice cream and then to Stanley Park. 

First kiss?

Pingu was working in the kitchen when he noticed the twins kissing each other. He was quite surprised but glad they weren't fighting. 

Dad's little helpers

Pinga was away this morning to do a test. During that time, Pingu assembled this clothes rack while the twins was trying hard to grab as many of the pieces as possible. 

QP-chan explaining network diagram?!

Pinga is nervous as it's her exam tomorrow. So she tried to study a bit together with twins but it's not easy. QP-chan climbs up to the TV bench and Coco-chan follows. So she couldn't see the contents so well. 

Let's hope she survives and passes this four hour long exam! 

Biting continues...

Coco-chan wanted to sit on a car seat too. He couldn't wait any longer and he bit QP-chan's leg. Really hope they stop with biting each other soon... 

Car seat

Before the dinner Pingu came back home with a car seat. Yes, one car seat. He ordered two but just one came today. So another reason for twins to fight over... 

I want to be up there!

They received Ikea delivery so there are boxes. Of course, twins want to be on top of them. QP-chan was on them, then Coco-chan wanted to be on them too. They constantly fought over these today. 

On their way home

So they went home like this without trousers. Coco-chan fell asleep just before reaching home. 

Water park fun

Wednesday picnic

Twins and Pinga went to a picnic with other Japanese moms and kids. It's their second time. Last week Pinga changed twins to swimsuits but they didn't want to get wet. This week she didn't change them then they got very wet. Pinga changed Coco-chan twice. Also she forgot to bring their change of trousers. 

Give that to me!

Twins like smoothie Pinga makes. Today they held it by themselves and drunk it. Yes, Pinga knows she should make two identical glasses of them to make them happier. You can see taking turns is not easy... 

Flexible QP-chan and delicate Coco-chan

QP-chan usually sleeps in this kind of yoga inspired flexible pose. Coco-chan usually has tough time falling back to sleep after waking up early in the morning. That is why he is sleeping with the cushion around.

Cymbal Coco-chan

Twins were tired and not in a good mode after bathing. Pinga was is the kitchen and Coco-chan just came and opened the kitchen cabinet. He took two rids and started to make noise. Think about neighbors please Coco-chan!

QP-chan is getting active and she went up the stairs like this. Coco-chan still has better balance though. 

Water park

They met Momo-chan's friend at the Coal Harbour water park. As it was not so sunny, there were not so many people and it was just Momo-chan's friend who took off his clothes. Twins had fun going after Momo-chan's friend. 

QP-chan with new haircut

QP-chan's hair grows much faster than Coco-chan's. It was her third time getting her bangs cut shorter.
