Twins and their nanny went to pick Momo-chan up from the day camp at Coal Harbour Community centre. They were waking together like this to go home.
Eye surgery for Pingu
Here's Coco-chan with Pingu's big sunglasses for after the eye surgery. Pingu got his eye operated yesterday so he needs to protect his eyes from sunshine and lights. Hope he feels better and gets his normal vision back soon.

Ashita! = See you tomorrow!

Destroyer QP-chan
Pingu showed this to Pinga when she came back home. While Pingu was cleaning the house, QP-chan did this to a book. It's not new she destroys things but Pinga thought that phase was over but obviously not...
Set layout
Another station Momo-chan liked was this set layout. Here you can see him working hard. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJeXj_Sr-WE
Building a robot
Mono-chan liked this station where he could build his own robot shapes. He spent lots of time there.
The science behind Pixar
Mono-chan and Pinga decided to check the Pixar exhibition out. It was a hands on exhibition that you could try many different things. Here's Momo-chan trying out different lighting settings.
Science world
There are things to experiment outside of the building too. It was cloudy but luckily not raining. It was past noon and Coco-chan was tired. So the twins left together with Pingu shortly after this.
Funny face Momo-chan
As it's not so great weather, they decided to go to Science world. This was on the way to the bus stop.

Happy hour in Gasttown
Momo-chan strolled around Gastown with Pinga's mom. Then Pinga finished work and joined them to have happy hour. First, they went to a restaurant called the Flying Pig. They were not quite satisfied and went to this place, 131 Water Kitchen & Bar, as they walked by and the food looked good. They ordered panko prawns thinking this was the dish they saw but it wasn't. Momo-chan enjoyed the dish a lot. Pinga and Pinga's mom is still wondering "what was the dish we saw?"

Royal BC Museum - Rafting the Pacific
On Sunday, they were at Royal BC Museum. The main exhibition at the moment is "Egypt: The time of Pharaohs" but Pinga and Pinga's mom has been to Egypt so they didn't check it out. At the pocket gallery, they were doing an exhibition of marine debris from the 2011 Japanese tsunami. They had Japanese title texts as well as English ones.

To the English Bay
It's the last night for celebration of light fireworks. They blocked off car traffic on Denman street so they could walk like this.
Happy hour
Momo-chan went to his tutoring session while twins were at a restaurant enjoying happy hour. QP-chan are macaroni and cheese too but Coco-chan was just interested in poutine. QP-chan was happily moving her body to the music and eating. The song was by Bruno Mars.
スイカ割り watermelon cracking
They went to Powell street festival, or aka Japanese Festival, this afternoon. By the kids tent, there was a watermelon cracking event. Momo-Chan took part but Pinga and her mom were a bit disappointed how it was organized. Usually, kids get blindfolded and try to hit watermelon from other people's guidance e.g. move a bit towards left, right, and a bit more forward, etc. But there was no blindfolding and also even though the watermelon was cracked, they didn't stop hitting it. Traditionally when the watermelon is cracked, the event is done and next is to cut the watermelon for participated kids. Other Japanese parents were puzzled by how it is organized as well.
