At the aquarium

They were at the aquarium this morning. They had fun as usual. Also, they are doing well without diapers. Good job!

Sand play at home

Birthday present from their nanny was this kinetic sand. They like it a lot. While QP-chan was sleeping, Coco-chan was playing like this.

Sick QP-chan

QP-chan was sick with fever and coughing much. She was not in a good mood in the morning then she fell asleep on the sofa. Coco-chan was worried and asking their nanny "is Mii sleeping?"

Bee QP-chan

She loves this bee costume and uses it all the time. She knows where it is hanging and she gets it by herself.

Bandaid lover

Twins were quiet for a while and then Coco-chan came out like this. He loves band aid but maybe no longer. He was crying because the removal of all these bandaids were painful..

Sunny day at the playground

Birthday cake

Kids had too much cookies and the cake celebration came one day after. All the kids liked his strawberry cream pie. QP-chan liked strawberries. Momo-chan liked whipped cream a lot. Coco-chan ate the whole thing.

Sunny day at Second Beach

Twins went to Second Beach. They enjoyed playing at the playground.

Cookies baked

Here is QP-chan checking out cookies just came out from the oven. Heart decoration unfortunately melted. Can you see cookies are shaped in 3?

As they were turning theee, Pinga made cookie dough and they were decorating. Coco-chan was really good at it. QP-chan had a bit too much force and cookies were about to break.

Going down

When going down with gondola, they could see a great view of Vancouver. Pinga felt a bit like spring after coming down.

Skiing at Grouse Mountain

Momo-chan and Pinga went to Grouse Mountain for skiing. 8:30 was not early enough and there was already a long line to the gondola. It was good snow and great weather so people think of the same activity, snow sports!

Gaa gaa = geese

Vancouver aquarium is located in Stanley Park. There are many things to distract for twins on the way there. Here's Coco-chan following geese.

They went to aquarium his afternoon. On the way there, twins noticed he statue has flowers.

To the library

It was snowing a lot this morning. Twins took a bus to the library.

Chalk drawing

Crafts at home

Their nanny is creative abd has it's of craft ideas. They made buses, crocodiles, flowers, hearts, Anpanman & Baikinman, and trees, for example. Left side is by Coco-chan.

Mini seesaw

After hotdogs and cakes, they went to play at the gym hall. The event was until 2pm but many people have already left and not many kids were there.

Owl Coco-chan

It took a while for Coco-chan to decide on which motif for face painting. It was dinosaur, Picachu, then he finally chose an owl. Cute!

QP-chan chose pink cat for a balloon and unicorn for face painting. Twins waited patiently in queues. Good job!

Lightsaber

Coco-chan picked lightsaber and he was so happy with it.

Family day event

Monday was a holiday in BC. It's called Family Day. So twins and Pinga went to Coal Harbour community centre. They started off lining up at the balloon artist station.

Early morning at Grouse Mountain

Momo-chan and Pinga went skiing as usual. As it's crowded later in the morning, they got there by 8:30 but already a long queue to the gondola up. But after the gondola was not so bad. It was not many people until around 10am.

Jumped to 195cm

Science world has many different stations. Here you can jump and hit the lamps. Momo-Chan could hit 195cm mark. Before it was 180cm. Pinga tried and it was 240cm.

Made a bird

Momo-chan and Pinga were at the science world. One room had lots of wood blocks and Momo-Chan made this bird. Good job Momo-chan!

Boys working hard

Fireworks were planned for 8pm but delayed more than half an hour. While waiting Momo-chan and Coco-chan enjoyed playing with snow. Compared to them, QP-chan was not that into snow playing.

S’mores for the first time

It was not easy to grill marshmallows but it turned out to be a pretty good s'mores. Kids liked them.

It's tough to resist joining when you see some people grilling marshmallows. They bought one of the s'mores kit and there were 4 marshmallows in it.

Ready to go out in the snow

After dinner, they drove to Cypress Mountain to see the fireworks.

Twins made Valentine's Day candies. They were waiting for Pinga, Pingu and Momo-chan to come back home so that they could show them.

3rd day of snowing

So the outside of Pinga work looks like this. Started to snow on Sunday and snowed a bit yesterday afternoon and during night. Momo-chan doesn't have school due to snow. Pinga couldn't bike this morning but her colleague came by and have her a lift. Very nice!

Momo-chan and Pinga went to Whistler for skiing again. It was very cold and many people were at the lodge warming themselves up. Here's Momo-chan skiing fast.

QP-chan was walking around with a sea otter stuffy and Coco-chan, with this stone stuffy. He liked it a lot.

Twins outfit these days

Twins are working hard with potty training. Somehow when Pinga comes back home, they take off their pants. So they are running around like this in the evening. It's not that warm in the apartment though.

TechVan event

Pinga is volunteering at TechVancouver event. Many people came to listen to the panel discussion about how to scale your tech startup company.

Fourth week of toilet training with stickers

Pinga set up these papers to put stickers on so that twins will be extra motivated for potty training. Now it's the 4th week and Coco-chan seems to get the hang of it and frequently goes to potty for peeing. QP-chan seems to go there after she has peed often. She succeeds sometimes too!
