PMI-ACP exam prep course

Pinga has a project management certification called PMP. She is considering to get another one called Agile Certified Practitioner. She is attending a whole day course today and tomorrow.

I want to go higher!

QP-chan loves to climb and here she is complaining she cannot go higher.

Walk after dinner

As it was nice outside, they decided to go for a walk along sea wall.

Spring has come!

Hey were out a lot just like yesterday. They were on their way home from Stanley Park and found those dogwood flowers.

Soaking up the sun

As the twins are still jet lagged, Pings asked their nanny to activate them outdoor. They were happy and energetic up until lunch time.

Reaching for Sakura flowers

QP-chan wanted to Rocher Sakura flowers. So Pinga lifted her up.

Let’s go pick Momo-chan up

Coco-chan was active and in good spirits considering they didn't take a nap. QP-chan was more tired than Coco-chan and asked Pinga to pick her up and didn't want to walk much.

Playground

They were at the playground at Stanley Park. They had fun climbing up this one.

Jet lagged twins

Twins are still quite jet lagged. Coco-chan was up from 0:30 to 3:30 and QP-chan was up from 1 to 4 am. When Pinga and Mono-Chan left at 9, they were still sleeping. Pinga asked their nanny to nor to have nap time so let's see if that improves their sleep.

Cake celebration

They celebrated Momo-chan's 9th birthday with Peking duck dinner and chocolate cake. He was very happy.

Birthday presents from ANA

As it was Momo-chan's birthday, he got this necklace with candies and also toys when getting off the flight from Tokyo. Very nice!

Blowing candle

Here's QP-chan blowing to the candle light. It took a while to get it off. Then she enjoyed the cakes.

Birthday dinner

They went to a French restaurant in the neighborhood to celebrate Momo-chan and twins birthday. The kids were happy to choose two cakes each for dessert.

Dinner time

This ryokan's kids meal was wonderful with different dishes. Unfortunately any of the kids ate well but twins enjoyed chicken karaage and Momo-chan liked hamburger.

Shima onsen

They drove to Shima onsen this afternoon. Here's Mono-chan happy with his yukata outfit before bathing at private hot springs.

On the way home

Back from Niigata, Pingu was sick so Pinga took the twins out for grocery shopping. QP-chan was sick and not so active. After buying what they needed, they quickly went back home.

QP-chan in the car

QP-chan does not like to be in the car. After 3 minutes she says "Oriruuu!" Which means she wants to get off. So Pinga has to entertain her by singing and giving her snack.

Snow labor

After the snow activities yesterday, they wanted more. Today in Ishiuchi, the weather was not so great. It was snow mixed rain and the snow was heavy and wet. QP-chan is still sick and wasn't feeling up to doing much so Pinga and Coco-chan was playing in the snow while QP-chan was resting with Pingu. As you can see, Coco-chan was hard at work. 

Play area

The ski resort has this kids play area. Twins enjoyed it after being outside.

Snow striders

They drove to Kawaba in the morning and went to this ski resort Pinga used to work. Pinga enjoyed meeting her former coworkers and twins got to try these snow striders.

Coco-chan’s new hair style

Here is the outcome of his very first professional haircut. He likes it a lot. Now QP-chan wants her hair cut.

Hair salon for the first time

Coco-chan was at a hair salon for the first time.   Pingu and Pinga asked him if he wants to get it short like Mono-chan or keep the current style. Coco-chan wanted it short.

New slippers

Pinga got those Sesame Street scharacter slippers for twins and they liked them. As you can see, it's more difficult to take good photo of Coco-chan.

Active twins on the flight

Twins were happy and active on the flight. Despite of Pingu and Pinga's effort to make them sleep, they were up almost all flight. Coco-chan fell asleep when there was two hours left. QP-Chan fell asleep when there was an hour left. So they were tired and not happy when they landed in Tokyo.

Leaving for Tokyo

Here are twins  waiting for the bus to the Skytrain station. Then they will take the train to the airport. Mono-chan and Pingu are on their way by car.

Sick Momo-chan

Momo-chan became sick yesterday with stomachache and high fever. He is still having fever so he went to seee a doctor. The doctor said it's most likely a flu. Poor Momo-chan. Let's hope he recovers in time for Japan flight.

At the playground

They had fun at the playground but their noses were running. QP-chan drew Totoro on the ground.

QP-chan was happy with her outfit and ready to go out in the sun.

On the lake

Some people were making holes and fishing. QP-chan enjoyed drawing on a thin snow. Coco-chan enjoyed running around.

Rice lake

After skiing, they went to this lake for a walk. Pingu was surprised that there's snow and many places were icy. They didn't come with proper shoes. Here are Momo-chan trying to go down to the lake and QP-chan wanting to follow.

Grouse Mountain again

Pinga woke up at 6 to be on the slope at 8. It was great worth not many people. It got crowded around 9:30.

Big jump Momo-chan
