Long queue to the lift

This lift that connects Björnen to Åre side of the slopes had very long queue in the morning. Twins were patient and lined up nicely. It was six seats lift and if you're not in the same company, there has to be two empty seats in between because of Covid.

On the bus

It was too strong wind and twins moved backward because of the wind. They decided to end skiing at lunch time and took a bus to Åre village or center of Åre. Coco-chan and Momo-chan was sitting together happily. 14:15 bus was full.

QP-chan and the ice cream bear

The whole family went into Åre village to do some shopping. Pingu and QP-chan went together and they found this cute bear outside Åre bakery.

Big brother Momo-chan

It was three months ago twins skied in Japan so they were a bit afraid. Pinga helped them and so did Momo-chan. He did great job leading twins go down the hill and Pinga was very impressed.

Arrived in Åre

After 14 hours of traveling, they have reached their destination, Åre, just before 9 pm.

Bear pizza

They had to change train in Stockholm so they went to have Italian lunch. Momo-chan and QP-chan chose spaghetti. Coco-chan went for pizza and this cute pizza came. It not only looked cute but tasted great as well.

Let's start the journey

They were at Lund station around 7 this morning waiting for the speed train to Stockholm. It was cold but they were in good spirits looking forward to their skiing adventure.

Birthday celebration: Part II

Pingu's sister's family came to celebrate Momo-chan. He was happy with cakes and present.

Ready for special day at school

Momo-chan was excited about movie afternoon with candy at school. He dressed in Minecraft onesie and Yosshi hat.

Happy birthday Momo-chan

Momo-chan turned eleven. He was very sleepy but happy with waffle breakfast.

Trampoline park

Today they went to trampoline park. Not many people there and they had fun jumping around for more than an hour. They thought kids might get tired and sleep early but doesn't seem like it yet.

9C degrees and sunny

It was sunny and warm today. Pinga went to pick the twins up but they wanted to continue playing with muddy water.

Visiting childrens clinic

It's been over a year Coco-chan started to have symptoms of iga vasculitis. It was time for check-up with doctors in Malmö. He has been feeling much better this year with just a couple of pain attacks. They made an appointment after two months again. Let's hope he recovers completely soon.

Little baking helper

Pinga is into bread making these days. She made apple bread today and here's Coco-chan putting egg on the surface before it goes into the oven.

Playful Momo-chan

While twins were at their football course, Momo-chan came to Pinga like this. He said pink and blue and things turned purple.

Robot Momo-chan

Here's Momo-chan helping out loading trash in the car. He said I'm a robot.

Flower blooming

On their way back home from daycare, Coco-chan found these flowers and told QP-chan and Pinga. It reminded Pinga of younger Momo-chan.

Cozy Totoro

Pinga was taking it easy as she had a minor operation yesterday. Then Totoro came and laid himself by her side like this. Inez is the cuddly one but he sometime does something like this.

Happy birthday Inez and Totoro

March 15 is Inez birthday. Totoro's birthday was in February. They celebrated them with special food.

Hypnotized by a painter?

Twins came back home and there was a painter working on the office walls. They were very curious and observed him. QP-chan went inside the house shortly after but Coco-chan stayed and looked at him for a while.

Momo-chan at home

Momo-chan had sore throat and stayed home. He had ok energy and played with cats. Then he went to take Covid test in the afternoon so that he could go back to school.

Lego time

Coco-chan received icecream car Lego from Pingu's sister and her family. He was very happy and started building it right away.

Blowing candles

After the singing comes the candle blowing. Momo-chan was happy to help the twins.

Preparing for the party

Here are twins getting ready with the balloons for birthday party. It is for the twins and for their uncle.

Best cinammon bun ever!

Pinga tried baking Japanese version of cinammon buns and Momo-chan liked them a lot. QP-chan and Pingu liked them too but not Coco-chan.

Curious Coco-chan

Out of all the kids, Coco-chan enjoys watching carpenters the most. He wanted to look but unfortunately he needed to take off to daycare.

White world

They woke up to the white world. Twins shared an umbrella to the daycare.

Frosty morning

It was minus 5C degrees this morning. Here are twins on their way to daycare. When they were picked up, their teacher told Pinga that Coco-chan ate lunch very well. That is unusual and she asked what was the menu and it was chicken tikka masala with bulgur. Time for Pinga to try new menu maybe?

Same playground

They came to the same playground three days in a row. As it's a normal school day today, there was no one when they came around 3 pm. Later on, twins daycare friend came and they became happy.

Storage conversion

Carpenters are working on putting isolation and also setting up the door so that it can be used comfortably as an office space. Twins came back home and found them working. Coco-chan was very curious and looked at them for half an hour. QP-chan said she wanted to eat snack and came into the house.

Little helpers

The garage has been completed last week. Now the work on storage conversion has started. Here's are the boys helping Pingu assembling construction trash so that he could drive to the recycle station.

Climbing lesson by Momo-chan

Here's Momo-chan explaining and demonstrating how to climb up to where Coco-chan is. Momo-chan is getting better and better at taking care of the twins.

Before going out

They were about to go out to a playground. QP-chan wanted to check her outfit. She said it's itchy around her neck and changed but Pinga thought fluffy vest was cute.

To the fire pit

Coco-chan was curious about the relationship between wood and fire and asked Pinga what happens if you put fire on wood? So they decided to do mini fire. All the kids have gathered branches for making fire.

We are flying!

Coco-chan came with this big branch. They said they'd fly like witches. Pinga took a movie too.

Taking a walk

Cookie making

Momo-chan and Coco-chan were at home recovering from cold. They watched Doraemon together and then Pinga initiated cookie project. Here's Momo-chan working on flattening the dough.

Raspberry tiramisu

Coco-chan has been asking Pinga to try making raspberry tiramisu. So they tried it today and it was a success. Boys helped out making it.

Pinga made this French pie for dinner. It took time and kids couldn't wait for it but adults enjoyed it.

At home together

Momo-chan and Coco-chan are sick so they were home yesterday and today. As they watched too much tv yesterday, pinga was determined to get them to do some other activities today. So here are they doing iron beads.

Why there Inez?

Just before the dinner, Pinga looked back and found Inez on QP-chan's spot. Why are you on the table like that Inez? Pinga moved her immediately after this photo.
