Minus 2C degrees and snowing

It still feels berry much like winter in Lund. It was cold and snowing but Momo-chan has lots of energy. He found even bigger twig than yesterday.

Usual morning

Momo-chan got off Pinga's bike, found a twig, then walked towards his department of daycare. It was a big twig he picked up this morning!

They are more than one year apart but they played together.

Birthday fika

Momo-chan's friend came for a play date. They have invited four kids but only one made it. Pinga made these cup cakes.

On the bike

Momo-chan rides Pingu's bike like this these days. He says he can ride it all by himself. He should try to use his own bike.

Went to see horses again

Momo-chan and Pinga took a long walk after daycare. Momo-chan walked a lot and the last place they stopped was this horse farm. He wanted to feed them but he couldn't as it was the first time for those two horses to be together.

Snowy morning

It snowed again and white line this in the morning. Momo-chan was active from the morning. Watched Dr. Snuggles and walking with a twig as usual.

Pingu and Pinga received them as one of the wedding gifts. They haven't used them but tonight's plan is to drink umeshu (plum wine) with them.

Another kind of Easter chicken

They made these chickens with feathers too. Here's Momo-chan trying to show his chicken to Pinga.

Momo-chan and his friends made these Easter chickens today. Momo-chan's is in the center. Pinga thought it's quite interesting that each one of them is quite different.

Cold and snowy

Momo-chan is active and happy but it had been cold, cloudy and snowy today.

Momo-chan and Pinga enjoyed this special shrimp chips. Mmm crispy and tasty.

Horse food for a cat?

As Momo-chan missed feeding horses as they went into stable when they came, he tried to feed this cat with those grasses.

There came the same black cat as yesterday.

In the park

As it was sunny, Pinga took Momo-chan to this park. There were three other kids playing.

Apple moment

When Pinga went to pick up Momo-chan, he was eating apple with his friend sitting on those blocks. Nice and cozy.

Finally Momo-chan got to see the horses and Fed one of the horses.

Momo-chan was holding on to those grasses to feed horses all the way from home.

What are you doing black cat?

The cat was rolling around on the ground and Momo-chan asked Pinga what it was doing. Then he said 'Come on. Let's go!' to the cat.

As I lived with Momo-chan, he is very friendly to cats (well, dogs too maybe). On the way to meet horses, he met this black cat.

It was cold as the wind was strong. They wanted to come inside soon after.

It was cold yesterday and today. But they wanted to go out. They came to ask for their gloves afterwards.

It was Pinga's first time to make wontons but it turned out to be quite tasty!

Momo-chan helped Pinga making wontons for lunch. It's fun to see him helping out in the kitchen.

After daycare

Momo-chan has caught another cold and not doing so well. He became happy when Pinga came to pick him up. As you can see, he likes to hold a twig.

Reading a book together

They had friends over for dinner. Pinga's hayashi rice got good reviews. Momo-chan was happy playing with two older boys.

It was not his first time but Momo-chan was trying Pinga's glasses. But Momo-chan, that is upside down!

On the way back home, Momo-chan and Pinga saw many airplanes in the sky. Momo-chan asked Pinga why the sky was orange colored.

After the horse farm, Momo-chan wanted to see the frogs. So they came to this pond. But it's still very much winter there. Pond was frozen and no frogs or dragon flies.

As Momo-chan wanted to give those grasses to horses, they came to the horse farm nearby horse farm. But unfortunately  it was just when the horses went inside the stable. Here's Momo-chan a bit disappointed not seeing them.

Trying to feed bugs

Momo-chan found these in the garden and he tried to feed the bugs flying with them. Pinga told him horses would eat them but not bugs.

Spring is close

It went up to 10C degrees and felt a bit like spring. Momo-chan came back home just wearing this fleece. Momo-chan and Pinga went around the garden and enjoyed the weather.

Their friend sent a package with these tasty sweets last month. They have been enjoying these.

Then they went to play some more at a field nearby. Momo-chan was playing with the remaining ice on the ground.

Lunch with sunshine

Although it was just 3C degrees, it was nice with sunshine. Pinga had a pizza with chicken.

After daycare

Momo-chan met his favourite friends after daycare. They played soccer while Momo-chan was wondering around holding a twig.

Cotton candy -Part II

Momo-chan is not so into sweet things and he got a bit scared by the cotton candy machine but he did enjoyed eating it.

After the christening, there was a reception at a place connected to the church. There they had light food, cake and also cotton candy! Not only the kids but Pinga got excited setting the machine for it.

Towards the end if ceremony, Momo-chan sat down and started to look at the bible.

Momo-chan was looking at and touching things used at christening.

Christening

The girl who was baptised is 5 month old or so. She was not crying a lot and the ceremony went well. It was the first time to be at christening for Pingu, Pinga and Momo-chan.

They were at a church for their friends christening. Momo-chan was curiously looking around.

Dragon cake!

The baby girl who was christened was born in the year of the dragon so it was very fitting with this nice cake with a cute pink dragon on it.

Cotton candy

In addition to tasty food and nice cake there was a cotton candy machine at the christening reception. It was Momo-chan's first time to try it. First he was suspicious but after tasting it he wanted more.

Christening

Today Pingu, Pinga and Momo-chan attended a christening in Malmö. It was a nice ceremony and Momo-chan was very interested in the stone container with the christening water.

Good cheese and hams

As they have bought good olive breads, they decided to have soup, cheese and ham for dinner. Not complicated but tasty dinner!

Sunrise is getting earlier and earlier. So when they go to daycare at 8 o'clock it's already sun light. It was 0C this morning but sunny.
