Halloween 🎃 at Tivoli

After the Japanese school, they went to Tivoli to see halloween decoration and enjoy rides.

Homework on the train

It's another day of Japanese school. They were working hard on their homeworks but didn't finish all of them. It's getting tougher with kanji study.

Pinga's friend opened a ceramic painting place in Malmö. So they went to paint ceramic. Here's Momo-chan drafting. What is he drawing?

Office visit by QP-chan

QP-chan was at Pinga's office to drink hot chocolate. There was even a chocolate muffin too. After enjoying the muffin, she had fun checking the telescope out. It's on the eighth floor and you can see Denmark when the weather is clear.

Welcome back Momo-chan

Momo-chan came back from the scout camp so they went to pick him up. He was camping for two nights near Höör. He said he was too tired to be photographed so here are the twins carrying Momo-chan backpack.

Balloon badminton

Today's badminton practice was a bit different. After practicing footwork, they played with balloons.

Homework on the train

Here's Coco-chan doing his kanji homework on the train to Copenhagen. They started to learn kanji three weeks ago and now they are learning seven to ten. He finished all the homework just in time before arriving to Copenhagen main station.

Coco-chan game night!

Today it was Coco-chan's turn to get a whole evening with a dinner and activity of his choice. After burgers at Max, Coco-chan and Pingu went to a friend's place to play board games. The game is called Takenoko and is fun and cute. Coco-chan was just one point behind the winner, good job!

Momo-chan's homework

Pinga was checking twins homework for the Japanese supplementary school and found this. She thought kids have wonderful imagination. This double kanji (大) in one space was very unexpected.

After making a lion, she made a hedgehog as well. Cute!

Craft with leaves

Twins visited their daycare after school to say hello. There they collected leaves so that they can do some craft at home.

Gyoza Momo-chan

Pinga asked for Momo-chan's help preparing dinner. He did good job wrapping gyozas.

Indoors soccer practice again

Due to too much rain this past week, the outdoor soccer field cannot be used. Therefore, today's soccer practice was held indoors. It was actually nice weather today so twins and Pingu played outside in the afternoon.

Lemon tree shop

It was a bit special this Saturday as they opened a lemon tree shop. It is to learn to be a shop attendants, to learn the importance of money, and to calculate their sale. The customers were the parents who came to listen to the session to hear about the school in consideration for putting their children next spring. 1cm was considered as 1 crown. So if the lemon was 10cm tall, it was sold as 10 crown. The sale were over 300 crowns. Good job, first graders!

Kanji test

It's their second time taking kanji exam. They studied at home but it's not easy remembering them.

Hotdog breakfast

Another early morning for twins as they were on their way to the Japanese school in Copenhagen. QP-chan didn't want a hotdog but she was happy when Coco-chan shared his.

Origami gifts

QP-chan told Pinga there are four pair of twins at her classroom. One of the twins have their birthday tomorrow and QO-chan wanted to give gifts. She said teachers said that it's pl to bring paper gifts. So she wanted to make something with origami. After looking through origami book, she decided on this basket. Coco-chan stopped doing half way through but QP- chan made one and then one more. Good job!

Reading QP-chan

QP-chan is good at reading out loud. Here she was reading this week's homework.

Creative Coco-chan

Coco-chan is creative. He drew this sugoroku and came to Pinga with a dice. They had fun together.

Sunday morning

Coco-chan didn't go to forest activity as he was having cold. Inez came to him and was relaxing like this.

Fund raising bazaar

Twins and Pinga were at the Japanese school. There was a bazaar there today to raise fund for school. There were two parts. One is cafe that they sold drinks and baked goods or Japanese style sweets. The other is selling things that people font need any longer. Pinga baked raspberry cakes and brought some kids clothing. Pinga was helping them sell as well.

Cat on balloon

Today Pinga and QP-chan went out together. They came back with balloons and QP-chan drew this cute cat on her balloon.

Artist Coco-chan

Coco-chan wanted to review his work from daycare so he brought his artworks to the living room. This was one of the things he did. Very nice colours!

First stage

Here's QP-chan trying her first course. Some parts were difficult as she was not tall enough to reach but otherwise she did great and so was Coco-chan. Here's QP-chan going down the zip line.

Tree obstacle courses

They went to climb and clear the obstacle courses set among trees. It was Pinga's company activity for employees and families. Here they are getting ready with harness and helmets on. Coco-chan was saying the equipment was too heavy and the bely being too tight.

Second tooth came out

Coco-chan's milk tooth has been very unstable. After blushing teeth, Pinga pulled it out. It was not painful even though it became bloody.

To Copenhagen

Twins woke up early to make it to the Japanese school in Copenhagen. They shared lemon yogurt on the way there and had omusubi.

Pinocchio twins

They like to put those leaves on their nose. Pinga called them Pinocchios.

Football practice

Thursday is football practice for twins. It was raining but stopped just in time dor their practice. Here they are practicing to dribble.

Helix

Momo-chan tried the rollercoaster Helix for the first time. It was Pinga's first time too. It was very thrilling and exciting. They enjoyed the ride.

At Liseberg again

They drive up to Gothenburg to go to the amusement park, Liseberg. To their surprise, there were even more people than last time.

Katakana exam

Saturday is twins Japanese school day.  They had katakana exam and got perfect points. Good job twins! Today they started to learn kanji. Pinga loves learning kanji but let's see how it goes for them.

Monkey QP-chan

QP-chan is athletic and good at climbing tree too. Before going home, she wanted to climb the plum tree and pick plums. Wow, she's high up.

Coco-chan and Pinga checked on the potted lemon and found this bud. They got so excited!

Modern art exhibition

There were a couple of temporary exhibitions. Both Momo-chan and Pinga found modern art to be difficult to understand. Here's Momo-chan pumping tired for one pf the art pieces.

Malmö castle

They went to the Malmö castle. It is a museum now.

Moules et frites

This was Momo-chan's choice for lunch. Momo-chan loves mussels. He gave 9 for the taste and 5 for performance as there were so many broken shells and a couple of sandy ones.

One more week to election

Momo-chan and Pinga were on their way to Malmö and found these on the train. There are political parties at the square to talk to the people these days. To Pinga's surprise, one of her colleagues at work is running as a candidate for municipality for one of the parties.

Football practice

Thursday is football for twins and scout for Momo-chan. It was sunny and perfect for the practice.
