Inez the hunter

Pingu called Pinga and she wondered what's outside of the house. She opened the door and Inez came in like this. Oh no...Inez caught another bird!

Let's bike home!

Twins and Momo-chan bike to school. Pinga wanted to take photo of twins but they are sp quick she missed QP-chan.

Project management event

Pinga went to Malmö to attend this PMI event. The talk was about self leadership. After the talk, they had drink and snack and networked.

Lemonade and cookies stand

As it was sunny, Pinga proposed to have this stand this afternoon. So Pinga baked cookies. As it was over 25C degrees, lemonade was popular. Some people were very nice and gave them a bit extra. Pinga was impressed by their sales ability.

Climbing QP-chan

QP-chan is very good at climbing. She had no problems going up but Pinga got nervous as there was nothing soft underneath.

Cirkus playground

There was a cirkus event in Lund. Twins went there and had tried some Cirkus related things. They found a classmate from their school and had fun together.

Ice cream QP-chan

It was warm with 24C degrees today. Twins went to soccer practice today. They came back and had dinner, showered and ice cream. QP-chan had ice cream on her nose.

Hedgehog 🦔 on the move

Pinga and her friends found this hedgehog on their way home. It was moving so cutely.

Sunny afternoon

Th weather was unexpectedly nice with 23C degrees. Pinga went to pick up the twins with Robalin. Coco-chan noticed that Robalin could hang like this by himself.

Pokemon area

Momo-chan was here almost all the time. He already has some friends so he had fun together.

Malmö game week

After the football practice, they went to Malmö for the game event. They did Pokemon card battle, board games, etc.

Japanese school, done ✅

As usual, twins went to Japanese school in Copenhagen. It was more difficult to get there as the trains were not moving as planned. They had to change trains, delays, etc. But they got there 30 min late.

Ceramic painting

By looking at Momo-chan's creation, twins want to try colouring the ceramics. It was QP-chan's first time visiting the studio of Pinga's friend. She was so excited to do this. She picked a piggy bank to paint.

Coco-chan at the dentist🦷

Coco-chan went to a dentist check-up today. After that, he was happy to choose a toy from this box.

Practice match

Football practice

Thursday is a football day for twins. It has been rainy but no rain when they came to the field. But then it started to rain after 40 minutes. But they continued to play well. Coco-chan did a goal at a practice match. Good job Coco-chan!

Homework with Robalin

Coco-chan was doing his math homework together with his favourite donkey friend, Robalin. Twins seems to have a difficult time understanding time. Coco-chan got the hang of it after a while though 

Colouring QP-chan

When Pinga picked up the twins at school, QP-chan was colouring both yesterday and today. Coco-chan was playing outside with friends with a ball.

Pulling rope

It was time for pulling rope between white and red team. They fought hard but the red team won both times.

Sports day

Twins had fun at the sports day with other kids at the Japanese school. Here they are throwing balls to the basket. There are white abd red teams. So they were competing with each other.

QP-chan's little friend ツユムシ

QP-chan found this bush clicket and liked it a lot. So she was having this little friend and walking around for about an hour. When they were about to leave, it jumped off from QP-chan.

Niimis

They drove to Mölle to visit this wooden structure this afternoon. It seemed to have been damaged by the storm Hans. Also, there was a fire so it became much smaller scale than before. But they enjoyed it very much.

Japanese school

Saturday is a Japanese school day for twins. Here they are just arrived at the locale for the day. 

Bye bye hot air balloon

Despite of their hope of seeing the hit air balloon lands, it went up higher and flew away. It was fun chasing it though.

Hot air balloon

While twins were doing homework, QP-chan found a hot air balloon outside. As it was flying low, they decided to chase it and possibly see if it lands.

First day of school

It was first day of school for the twins and Momo-chan. Twins became first graders and Momo-chan, sixth grader. They have same classmates as last year but different teachers.

Highlight of the day

To Pinga's surprise, they got the darts right into the stars. Here they are very happy with the results.

Dart challenge

Momo-chan did this and got a fluffy ball so twins wanted to do it as well. Here they are ready to throw darts.

Trying out wheelchair basketball

Twins wanted to try doing wheelchair basketball. They were ok with moving around with wheelchairs but the goal was a bit too high for them.

Malmö festival

Roasted almonds

After dinner, Momo-chan wanted to have those sweet roasted almonds so they went to get them. There were three stands and they picked the one that have freshly made warm ones.

Mounted police

It's not often seeing mounted police but there came two of them to the square where Pepsi booth is. They were surrounded by people shortly after Pinga took this photo.

Pepsi's flip the bottle challenge

The main reason for Momo-chan to come back to the festival was to participate this Pepsi Max challenge. Here he is waiting in line for his turn.

Wheelchair basketball

Momo-chan and Pinga went to the Malmö festival again today. They saw wheelchair basketball for the first time in live. It was quite impressive with fast moves. They went to overtime and yellow team won at the end.

Suikawari スイカ割り

Here they are having fun doing suikawari. It wasn't so easy splitting it and they did two rounds. At the end, Momo-chan got it.

Happy watermelon QP-chan

On their way home from Copenhagen, twins suggested that they should do suikawari, watermelon splitting game. As the summer is almost ending and it was sunny, Pinga decided to do it right away. So they got this watermelon from the store and got on the bus.

Copenhagen Japanese school

The Japanese school has started again after summer break. Now the school is renting a new place which is quite central. It's nice that the commuting time got shorter for them.

It's been rainy since Sunday. Twins thought it was not raining when leaving school but it was raining when they got on the bikes.

Picture diary 絵日記

Japanese school is starting again on Saturday so twins are working hard on their homework. Here's Coco-chan showing the finished product. Twins like to write diaries. Then QP-chan likes to write kanjis. Coco-chan likes math more than kanji.

At the movie theatre

They went to see the new Mission Impossible movie. They found this Barbie frame so Momo-chan posed like this.

I am white?!

This episode is from when they arrived at the Vancouver airport. They saw a guy with a suitcase with his name written on it. It was Ian White. Momo-chan said "What?!" In a surprised tone. Pinga said to Momo-chan "What happened? It was just his name, Ian White." Then Momo-chan said oh I see, I thought he is a racist. I thought it said I am white. Pinga laughed and reflected over that he grew bigger and can think about racism now.

Momo-chan loves cats

Momo-chan was at home and he was happy with the cats. He was carrying Totoro around and playing with Inez.

Transfer in Chicago

This time, there was no delay from Vancouver. They had time to buy kids meals at Burger King and made it in time for the connection flight to Copenhagen. Phew 😌

At YVR

They arrived at Vancouver airport. It took a while to check in but now they are boarded and waiting for take off for Chicago. So many good reunions with friends and they will miss Vancouver...

Last day in Vancouver

They are flying out from Vancouver tomorrow. They were in downtown for last minute food shopping.

Lost lagoon photo session

They took a walk with their friends. The son to Pinga's friend loves photography. He was so kind and let the kids use his camera and gave instructions how to take good pictures. Do you see a blue heron?
