Arrived in Helsinki

They took a morning train and arrived in Helsinki before noon. They were a bit disappointed that it was not possible to charge phones on the train.

To the sauna

They walked 45 minutes to get to the sauna Pinga's friend recommended. It was just by the lake. The sauna was very hot with 95-99 C degrees.

Plasticine Hattifnatterna

Momo-chan and Pinga joined a workshop. They were given a small cube of plasticine and they could make whatever they want. They decided to make Mono-chan's favourite character.

Moomin museum

They went to Moomin museum. Momo-chan enjoyed it a lot. His favourite character is Hattifnatterna.

In Tampere

They took a bus and went to Tampere. After checking in at the hotel, they went to Finlayson area.

Arrived in Helsinki

Momo-chan and Pinga went up at 5 am to get on the 8 o'clock flight. They got there after 1.5 hours of flying.

At Costco again

They went back to Costco with Momo-chan this time. There were even more people than before and ordering fast food turned out to be not fast at all.

Found a hare

On the way to school, QP-chan found a hare. Do you see it on the up right corner of the photo? It's quite big like a cat and runs very fast.

Pikachu Coco-chan

Pinga got some clothes for the kids. One of them is this Pikachu overall. QP-chan received a Pompompurin overall.

Costco opened

The second Costco in Sweden opened yesterday in Malmö. Pingu and Pinga became members and went there yesterday. There were huge TVs, big packages of many different things and sauna! Here are twins checking out the sauna.

Water park

Then they went to the water park in Hyllie. They had fun and Coco-chan wanted to get wet. But they didn't have bathing suits.

Bird playground in Malmö

It was windy but sunny so they went to test playgrounds in Malmö. They started off at this bird themed playground.

Athletic QP-chan

QP-chan and Pinga were at twins daycare. They were a bit sad that it was closed and the outside playground no longer has swing and stuff. But QP-chan said to Pinga that she can do the same thing as before.

QP-chan's creations

They have fun at school during summer too. QP-chan cane back with these. They are to wipe tables but nicely decorated by QP-chan.

The last activity at Lalandia was this jumping activity. They could turn like Coco-chan in this photo.

To the pool

Twins and Pinga went to an adventure pool in Lund. It was the first time not only for twins but also for Pinga.

Twins like the outside pool. They were practicing backstroke and breaststroke.

Legoland

They went to Legoland. As Pinga guessed, it was not so crowded and they had fun.

School ending ceremony

All the kids finished school today. As parents were invited to the ceremony, Pingu and Pinga were there. Pinga just made it towards the end as she had a meeting from 10. Here are twins finishing their second grade with Swedish school system. They started the fourth grade in April with the Japanese school system.

Little kitchen helper

Coco-chan said he can wash the dishes and he was doing it for quite a while. Thank you, Coco-chan!

Teruteru bozu by Coco-chan

After QP-chan, Coco-chan made one too. They hanged it by the window side.

Opening match in Malmö

After the Japanese school, twins went straight to Eleda stadium in Malmö. They held an opening match for a professional ladies football match. Here they are playing against a team from Malmö.

Totoro needs attention

Totoro cane inside and cane to Pinga. She pet him but obviously not enough. He jumped into the desk and start walking on keyboard and clicking mouse. Totoro, be careful with these things please!

Italian themed dinner

As Pinga brought prosciutto, salami and Piadina from Romagna, they had Italian dinner today. They were happy and ate well.

Ninja twins

Twins were pretending to be ninjas this morning. Here's their ninja move.

QP-chan lost another tooth

This was QP-chan in the morning. She was saying this tooth is very loose. She came back with a tooth 🦷 in her hand in the afternoon.

Making paper flowers

There is a children's corner at the museum. They made paper flowers. They were very focused.

At Louisiana

It was mother's day in Sweden so Pingu proposed a trip to the art museum Louisiana. It was rainy all day but they had fun together.

Active QP-chan

Kids were playing at the gym hall during the break. Here's QP-chan being flexible. Wow!

Sleepy twins

Twins were sleeping in the same bed two days in a row. It looked cozy 😴

To the scout

Twins have scout activity on Mondays. Here they are on the bike to the city center. It was nice and warm today with 22C degrees.

Laserdome party

Twins had fun at the laser dome as it was their birthday party with their friends. QP-chan was afraid as it was her first time but she had a lot of fun.

Crochet Coco-chan

Coco-chan wanted to learn crochet as well. So he started to learn today. Here he is very serious and focused.

Done with homework

QP-chan worked hard as it's Japanese school tomorrow. She was this happy when she was done with Japanese homework.

Arrived in Ishiuchi

They drove to Ishiuchi with their friend. Their friend has these cute fluffy family members.

On the way to swim school

Here's twins on their way to their swim school. They said how good sessions are depend on the swim teacher.

To the school

Twins joined the commuting group to go to school in the morning. They started 4th grade in April. Wow, time flies!

Sakura at the shrine

Pinga took a walk to see Sakura at the nearby shrine. As this type of Sakura blooms later than the usual kind called Someiyoshino. There was almost no one and she enjoyed the atmosphere and flowers.

Making Takoyaki for the first time

They met Pinga's friends for lunch. It was a Kushiage restaurant but there was Takoyaki, octopus balls, as well. QP-chan did a good job helping out to make it round.

First day of school

So they arrived yesterday and today was the first day to go to school. Sakura flowers were still there at the park they gather before leaving for school. Pinga was surprised and impressed by the twins being up until around 20 last night and up early to make it to school. Their school starts at 8:30 so they leave this park at 8:10.

Arrived at Haneda

After almost 13 hours of flying , they arrived Thursday morning. Here are twins waiting for the luggages to come out. It took quite a while for their luggages to arrive. Then they met Pinga's Mon and dad at the lobby.

Minnie's kittens

Friend of Pinga has a cat that gave birth to four kittens there weeks ago. They were keeping themselves warm like this. So cute!

Shortbreads ready!

Twins came back from the scout and Pinga's ginger shortbreads were ready to be eaten. Nice!

Llama and elephant

It's funny how they like these things even though they got much bigger than before. Coco-chan was happily hopping around with this llama.

Birthday party

Twins went to a birthday party after the Japanese school. Coco-chan found this cat and mouth game and played it a lot.
