Cuddling with cats

While they were watching movies, Simba was lying on the sofa and Ines joined. QP-chan and Coco-chan came to pet them. After a week, the cats seem to be accustomed and became comfortable with their new family.

Snow fun

It was snowing Thursday evening and Momo-chan and Coco-chan started to play outside. QP-chan also joined for snowman making. Twins were frustrated as they couldn't do it so well like Momo-chan.

Penguin walk Coco-chan

Coco-chan was walking like a penguin on his way to daycare.

His questions in the morning was: Where are all these items at home come from? Chairs, plates, mugs, toys, etc.

So they were talking about furniture factory, ceramic factory, etc.

Curious Ines

You cannot leave things open as the girl cat, Ines, goes there to check it out. She was checking out dish washer and kitchen bench in the morning.

Run to the daycare

They switched their knit hats and Coco-chan was a raindeer and QP-chan, a penguin.

Baking projects

Pinga did lots of baking this afternoon. First, pear tart and then gingerbread french style. Gingerbread got good review from Momo-chan.

Swinging with friends

When Pinga came to pick twins up, they were on the swings with their friends. They seem to enjoy daycare time.

Overall Momo-chan

Momo-chan goes to boyscout on Monday evenings. As it was very cold, he put his new overall on.

Hello cats!

They drove an hour to check out the cats. The owners thought they were ok so they came back with two cats. One was born in February and the other in March. Pingu and Pinga think one of them look just like me. The owner said he likes to eat.

Birthday cake time

After the lunch in town, they came back home to have cake together with Pingu's sister and her family. The cake was Pingu's favourite apple meringue cake.

Frosty and foggy morning

It was 2C degrees at 9 am. Just when they went out of the house to go to daycare, their friend came biking. Because of Covid, they haven't been able to meet. Pinga found this brief meeting very nice.

Off to school

Here's Momo-chan biking to school this morning. On Thursdays, he needs to be there by 8 to catch the bus. He woke up at 7:30 and it was still kind of dark. 

4-year-old development check up

Twins were at the health center for a 4-year-old check up. It started at 8:15 and they rashed out home and Pinga forgot her phone at home. Children's nurse checked their height, weight, hearing, vision, speech, balance, etc. Twins thought it was fun. Pinga found out how much Swedish they can speak after spending three months at daycare. QP-chan is 109 cm and 18.2 kg. Coco-chan is 107 cm and 16.5 kg. Here is the photo of the pictures they have drawn during the check up. The nurse asked them to draw a person and an X.

Overall on!

It was rainy and cold (4C) this morning so Pinga decided it's time for the twins to have overalls. They said they are too warm but they became happy to have them once they went outside of the house.

Rockband

Kids tried the game Rockband this afternoon. Drum seemed to be the most popular instrument. They enjoyed it much.

Shopping Momo-chan

Momo-chan and Pinga went to buy his indoor exercise shoes. They couldn't find one that works for him but did some grocery shopping. Pinga was a bit disappointed by how limited shoes selections are for kids in Sweden or Lund.

Here are twins this morning. It was not raining but cold with 4C degrees. They say goodbye to Pinga at the entrance as parents are no longer allowed in the daycare building. It has been like that since the beginning of November.

Lavin at brewery

There was this cat Lavin at the brewery. There used to be Pax but he is at home these days. Kids were happy to see the cat but the cat seemed to be a bit annoyed by all the attention. Here's video of the dancing boys.

Visiting brewery

They went to buy drinks and also checked out brewery. The brewery, Pax brygghus, was started by Pingu's former colleague. That was why they could see the backside of the brewery.

Let's go to Hawai'i

Pinga brought this suitcase into the house. QP-chan was driving this around and said "Follow me! I'll go to Hawai'i!"
