Christmas fika

They were invited to their Japanese/Swedish friends place. Saffron buns, gingerbread cookies, glögg, and so on. Momo-chan had fun playing with two older kids.

Gingerbread man

Momo-chan was in gingerbread man outfit this year. He was in the center. Pinga put on mittens but he came out without them and he looked cold.

There was Christmas event at Momo-chan's daycare this morning. They sung Christmas songs in Christmas costumes. Can you find Momo-chan here?

Iron beads

It was Pinga's first time doing iron beads. Momo-chan has done it at fä daycare and he was not that focused. He just made this little circle. So they didn't get to the stage of ironing.

Saffran buns

Saffran buns are called lussekatter in Swedish. Pingu baked them again this evening and it was successful. Newly baked one was soft and very tasty. Pingu's colleagues will be happy tomorrow.

Christmas decorations

There are Christmas decorations in many places. This one is at Momo-chan's daycare. Momo-chan wanted to reach the gingerbread cookie abs eat it.

Playground

Then they went to a playground. They had fun but the rain continued.

Chasing bubbles continues...

Big bubbles

Then there was Alfred Nobel and his helpers introducing kids to big soap bubbles. Momo-chan and his friends were chasing those bubbles.

Frozen and Toy Story

Momo-chan was happy as he got two DVDs from Tokyo. He started off with Toy Story.

Miniature Schnauzer

Their friend came to visit with this schnauzer Ismelda. She is very calm and cuddly.

Lussekatter = saffran buns

Pingu baked saffran buns with Momo-chan. Momo-chan was supposed to help out putting raisins to the buns but he was mainly eating them.

They were fluffy and tasty! Unfortunately the second batch became a bit burnt.

Haircut

As Momo-chan's hair is getting longer, Pinga decided to cut his bangs. Here he is ready for haircut.

Christman party

Pinga was at her company's Christmas party. It was at AF borgen in the center of Lund. It was traditional Christmas food followed by rice porridge.

Bug elimination cake

Pinga had this cake with her colleagues this afternoon. You can see how the number of bugs has decreased this year. As usual, this cake had much whipped cream just below the marzipan layer.

Christmas tree

Christmas tree is lit in central Lund. As it's dark and cold, nice to see Christmas illumination.
