Outcome of the baking project

Momo-chan was happy to have these checker cookies. Well, he is holding the cacao section.

Ready for baking

After dinner, they put on aprons to help out with cookie baking. They decided to make Momo-chan's favourite cookies.

It was difficult to wake QP-chan up in the morning. As a result, they were a bit late for preschool but they were happy and waved god bye to Pings.

Christmas tree

After Halloween is Christmas. Aquarium gift shop already has Christmas trees decorated with sea animals.

Octopus Coco-chan and beluga QP-chan

They went to their favorite kids corner. Coco-chan was walking around with the octopus and QP-chan put on beluga outfit on her.

To the aquarium

As it was rainy, they went to the aquarium. Pings wanted Momo-chan to join but he didn't want to. QP-chan wanted to use the stroller but Pings convinced her to walk. They walked well going there and back.

Arrived in Vancouver

Around 7 am, they reached Vancouver airport. To Pinga's surprise, QP-chan woke up with no problem. Momo-chan was very sleepy and Coco-chan was not so happy. Momo-chan went directly to school from the airport.

Mini suitcase

Momo-chan liked to carry this mini roller suitcase. He asked if QP-chan wants to be on it and of course, she did.

At the airport

As the flight was at 11:40 pm, by the time they got to the airport Coco-chan was sound asleep. He didn't wake up until one hour before landing to Vancouver. Coco-chan slept from 9:30 to 4:30. QP-Chan and Momo-chan fell asleep at midnight when the flight took off.

Beach fun

They had fun playing with sand and water. QP-chan enjoyed being in the water and Coco-chan liked more building stuff with sand. Mono-chan enjoyed both activities.

Strong current

Shortly after they got to the beach, life guards were removing the signs as it was time to go home. Pinga thought if they got here a bit later, there were no signs and could be tough to know the condition.

Ho’okipa beach again

They arrived around 4pm to the turtle beach and found out that the condition was not good again with strong current signs. There were turtles and one was very close to the people.

Artist QP-chan

After colouring this page, QP-chan came to Pinga and asked to use her phone to take photo of her work. This is what she took. Nice and colourful hearts. It's sometimes difficult to get the telephone back from QP-chan though.

Last day

It was not much activities on the last day. Twins were colouring and watching Netflix. Mono-chan was playing on iPad. Too much indoor seems to be not so good for kids, Pinga reconfirmed it through observing.

Beach sunset

They stayed at the beach until sunset and enjoyed the beautiful view.

Body boarding

Momo-chan tried body boarding for the first time. He liked it and even switched to as bigger board towards the end.

Kamaore Park III

After late lunch, they got to this beach and it was around 4pm. It was supposed to be a calm beach but it had special condition and dangerous. Lifeguards were announcing how dangerous it is and then left around 4:30. They had fun playing with sands and water.

Wave girls

Pinga and QP-chan played close to the shore and had fun as the waves came in.

Wild chickens

Kids were surprised to see chickens running around at parking areas and other places. TRhis rooster was very big and was with his family.

Beach brothers

After a late lunch they went to Kamaole Beach park for some beach fun. Momo-chan and Coco-chan played nicely together building this turtle house and saving it from the waves. The conditions were unusual and the waves were extremely large and strong so it was not snorkeling or swim friendly.
