Torch walk

The hotel they are staying is very good at organizing events. Today's last event was this torch walk. Momo-chan was excited at the beginning but later he asked "why are we walking?" and said "It's not fun just walking."

Horse carriage ride

When Pingu came back to the hotel he met Momo-chan riding on the horse carriage. Momo-chan got the best seat and waved happily to Pingu.

Pinga at the top

Today was another sunny and warm ski day. Pingu and Pinga stayed by the best slope for almost the whole time.

Here is the happy photo moment of ski instructors and students. Momo-chan is ready to go to real ski slow tomorrow.

Medal of achievement

Momo-chan and his friends got achievement medal from Clara the cow. They were very proud.

Last ran

Mascot cow Clara came to the slope and it was time for them to show what they got. Here's Momo-chan coming down the slope making turns.

Ski lesson

Momo-chan has been at a skiing lesson for four days. Today was the last day so Pingu and Pinga went to see how he was doing. At the beginning, they put on just one ski and went to say hello to Smiley, mascot of Kinder hotel. Pinga was thinking about the days she taught skiing in Japan.

Blizzard factory

On their way to gondola station via bus, they pass by this Blizzard factory. Pinga's very first ski was Blizzard and Pinga dad likes The brand. She knew Blizzard applied for insolvency in 1996 and hasn't seen much of Blizzard skis in Japan but it seems like they have been doing just fine. It is now part of Tecnica group.

毎日プール fun at the pool

Momo-chan likes to swim and they have been at the pool everyday except for one day since arriving at the hotel. There are nice saunas too.

Easter eggs

They took a lunch break and went into one of the restaurants on the slope. There they got these easter eggs. They had egg fight avd Pingu won. Pinga thought it's unusual to receive Easter eggs on a ski park.

Yellow pants Pingu

Here's Pingu snowboarding with his new pair of ski pants. It looks nice nice on him. Pingu and Pinga think that it's Easter yellow.

Ski shop play area

They looked at ski pants for Momo-chan at the ski shop. After trying on clothes they found that there was a play area downstairs so Momo-chan had to try it out.

Mittersill fire station

They went into Mittersill center to do some shopping and they walked by the fire station. Since the fire engines were outside they stopped and looked.

Spiderman!

When Pingu and Pinga came back to the hotel they were greeted by spiderman Momo-chan since today was face painting day for the kids.

Train back from skiing

Today Pinga had back pain so they decided to go back home one hour early. They took this train which is free for skiers.

Pingablick?

It doesn't say so but Pingu thought it looked like Pingablick.

This nice view is what you get at the top of the Hollersbach Panorama gondola station at almost 2000 meter.

Momo-chan earned a medal

When Pingu and Pinga came to pickup Momo-chan this afternoon Momo-chan proudly showed them his medal. He earned it paying a game with a ball and pins. Maybe miniature bowling?

Pinga working the slopes

Pingu and Pinga had their second day on the slopes today. It was cloudy and the first half of the day it was little light and it made skiing difficult when you couldn't see the height variations. In this photo Pinga is happier since the sun came through enough for them to see more properly.

Nice weather

It was sunny and nice. A bit too warm because the snow became like slush on some slopes.

Weisbier and gluhwein

After a good start they had lunch and decided to go for some tasty drinks. Momo-chan is at the hotel and enjoying himself with the children team including ski school.

Pinga goes off slope

Pinga wanted some challenge so she went off the normal slope and got into the bumpy area which she likes.

Top of the world

This is the view from the peak of the mountain they skied at today. It is called Resterhöhe and is 1894 meters above sea level. It is part of the Kitzbuehel ski system.

Ski gear ready

Momo-chan will go skiing with Pingu and Pinga tomorrow. They went to find suitable gear for him. Momo-chan's ski boots size, 25-26, is the smallest they have.

Ice cream time

After dinner was ice cream for Momo-chan and Pingu. He really liked these long cookies.

Giraffe umbrella

Momo-chan entered the hotel and found umbrellas for kids. Of course, he wanted to try one of them.

Arrived at the hotel

Here's Momo-chan making same pose as the cow on the wall. This hotel Felben is geared towards family. After checking in, Momo-chan had fun at a swimming pool.

Ice cream time

After dinner they got ice cream. It's something extra from pizza restaurant when ordering pizza from there. To their surprise, they have finished it with no problem.

Transfer in Zell am See

They took a bus, train then flew to Salzburg and then taxi, train and changed to another local train at Zell am See. Their destination is Mittersill.

Four kids together

Momo-chan went to visit his favorite friend's place together with two other girls. For kids is kind of a lot to look after!

Getting ready

Momo-chan tried on the goggles that he borrowed. They fit well and he is excited to go skiing.

Then he helped Pinga putting in clothes for washing. Good job Momo-chan!

Curious Momo-chan

Momo-chan was curious about washing machine and he went in like this.

Baseball Momo-chan

Pingu and Momo-chan was playing baseball with a cork. He could hit it quite well.

Racing

There are two lanes on the track but Momo-chan found a way to put the cars on it. He was asking Pinga which car should be hers.

Pinga's gloves

Momo-chan wanted to have Pinga's gloves this morning. They are too big for him but he likes them. Gloomy weather but Momo-chan was happy as usual.

Bike shop

Pinga's bike was at repair two weeks ago as it got flat tire. It came back and now it has other problems. So they went back to the bike shop to leave the bike for repair again. Momo-chan found a bike that he wants. It's in black color. He seems to be interested in black things these days. He mentioned he wants a black overall too.

Active Momo-chan

Momo-chan was running around and climbing. Pinga was surprised he was up until close to 21 without any nap.

Turips

They got turips from their friends and they are blooming nicely. Momo-chan aid he likes the yellow ones. Pinga likes the pink ones.

Look flowers!

Momo-chan noticed that there were flowers blooming and pointed it out to Pingu and Pinga.

Pin the tail on the pig game

As part of the birthday celebration they played some games including pin the tail on the pig. Here is Momo-chan with his eyes covered trying to put the pig's tail in the right place. Pingu was not the one who drew the pig but he did make the tail.

Birthday party again!

The past couple of weeks has been full of birthday parties. Spring is full of people having their birthday in Sweden. Momo-chan enjoyed it and had fun playing with his friends.

Sunny sunday

Today it was 10 C and sunny so they decided to spend some time outdoors. Here they are playing in Tirups Örtagård which is is both a country store, café and playground. They enjoyed the playground even if it was quite windy.

7:30 in the morning

Pinga took this photo on her way to work at 7:30. Sun rises earlier than before and sets later which is nice. Before it was dark when going to work and dark again on the way back home.

Friendly cat

Pingu and Momo-chan went for a walk in Skrylle this afternoon because of the sunny weather. In the way to the play area they met this cat. The cat decided to follow them and walked with them almost for one whole kilometer.

Friends visit

Momo-chan's friend came for dinner so he was happy. Pinga thought about kids popular menu and cooked pasta dish. She was happy to see Momo-chan friend ate well.

Birthday party

Momo-chan was at a birthday party for his friends. He turned four. Momo-chan didn't eat cake but he enjoyed popcorn and candies.
