Like a firefighter

As it was sunny, Momo-chan went to play some more at a playground. This pole reminded Pinga of firefighters.

Monkey Momo-chan

Momo-chan showed what he can do to Pinga when she came to pick him up at daycare.

Mmm tasty corns

Momo-chan enjoyed two pieces of corns.

Corn peeling

Pinga came back with fresh corns as Momo-chan likes them. Here's Momo-chan helping peeling them.

バドミントンに挑戦 Badminton Momo-chan

Momo-chan tried badminton for the first time. With a long adult version racket, it was not easy for Momo-chan to play. Maybe getting shorter one for Momo-chan and he would enjoy it more?

Walk along the beach

Pingu woke up with Momo-chan. Since it was nice and sunny he went for a nice walk along the beach.

On the way to the pool

Momo-chan woke up early and watched some TV waiting for the others to wake up. After breakfast they ask went to the pool.

Monkey Momo-chan

Momo-chan was climbing a tree in the garden. Pinga called him Osaru-chan (little money) and Momo-chan responded with money noise "u u ah ah."

Too cold!

Momo-chan and Pinga felt water and it was cold. The outside temperature was 18C degrees.

Overlooking the port

On the way back from the pool, Momo-chan was looking at the port of Arild.

To the swimming pool

Momo-chan is spending some time with his cousins. It rained during night but sunny in the morning so they went to a swimming pool by the sea.

Boats at the pier

Momo-chan had fun checking different boats on the pier.

Lomma harbour

As it was sunny, Momo-chan and Pinga were at Lomma harbour with their friends. Momo-chan had fun looking at boats and fish.

Dinner gathering

As Pinga's favourite Italian friend is back in Lund, Pinga and friends organized welcome potluck party. It was very nice with different kinds of food and Ltd of good laugh.

Let's play floor ball!

Momo-chan likes to play floor ball with his friend. After saying hello to the kittens he gathers floor ball clubs and a ball and asked if they want to play with him. They played a bit and Momo-chan quickly shifted to some other thing to play with.

On Momo-chan hands

Momo-chan was happy to see the kittens and was trying to take care of them.

Hello kittens!

They went to see kittens at their friends place. They are three weeks old and very cute.

Street drawing

Momo and Pinga did some drawings on the ground. Momo-chan can write his name in Japanese without any help. Good job Momo-chan!

Makeup Momo-chan

Pinga was not feeling well and lying on the bed. Momo-chan came to her with her makeup items. Here he is putting on some eyeshadow.

Donation

You can make a donation to help other people by giving money through av hole in his head. Momo-chan opened his hat and donated money.

Rosenbom

Before leaving Karlskrona, they went to see this wooden person Rosenbom. He is in the Nils story too.

Karl XI

Karlskrona name is from this king. Karl the eleventh. Momo-chan and Pinga watched Nils trip episode and we're very interested in this statue.

On the boat

This boat went around a couple of islands in the archipelago. It was fun for an hour or so then it got a bit boring for Momo-chan.

Gåsefjarden

Momo-chan and Pinga took a boat for two hours. The boat's name is Gåsefjarden. Here's Momo-chan comparing the boat picture to the real one.

Walk after the breakfast

They took a short walk by the sea after the breakfast. They found fish and birds.

Waffle

Here is Pinga's waffle. Momo-chan took even more whipped cream.

Hello duckies!

Momo-chan found these ducks resting on stones. They were just about to go for a walk. So they started to gather around.

At the hotel breakfast, there was this waffle iron and it's very popular. Here's Momo-chan waiting for his to be done.

Tent test, part 2

Pingu assembled the tent in the garden with Momo-chan's help. This time with tent stakes and guy lines and everything.

Unpacking

Pingu brought quite a lot of things home from his trip. Pinga and Momo-chan will enjoy many of the Japanese goods that he bought.

Lund is hot!

Pingu arrived back in Lund today. It was quite hot. Warmer than in California. They say cool weather is on its way though.

What is Momo-chan drinking?

Momo-chan looks like amino adult with a wine glass in his hand. He was drinking apple cider with it. He went back many times to get refill but he was shy and Pinga had to ask for his refill.

Birthday party

Momo-chan abs Pinga went to their friend's 40 year old birthday. It is a Swedish tradition to celebrate x0 year old birthday big. There were 60 guests and many kids. Two chefs were working on-site too. Very nice party with delicious food and nice people. Weather was perfect too.

Gaslamp district

Yesterday evening Pingu and friends went out to the gaslamp district in downtown San Diego. There are a lot of bars and restaurants there and they had a very nice time.

A trio of root beer

Pingu's colleague had bought these three root beers earlier and because it wad as Friday night they decided to try them. They were not bad. The bacon one did not taste like bacon,  more like chocolate.

Super tasty pretzels

Pingu and his friends went back to San Diego because Pingu is flying home soon. They had some beers and snacks close to the hotel,  at a place called Karl Strauss brewery restaurant. They had this extremely tasty pretzels there. They were served hot and soft. Just wow!

Ninjas

Bonfire and roasted marshmallows

Close to sunset they went to the beach and had a nice and warm bonfire. They also grilled marshmallows.

Huntington Beach Korean BBQ

Pingu and friends went to Korean BBQ lunch. It wad very tasty and they all became very full. Good they skipped breakfast.

Pomegranate Momo-chan

Momo-chan was very focused and enjoyed eating pomegranate. Pinga noticed that it's splashing and took his white shirt off bur it was a bit too late.

Ice cream time

It was another sunny day in Lund. After dinner, Momo-chan and Pinga went to a supermarket. Momo-chan helped Pinga and for ice cream corn at the end. It was big but Momo-chan had no problem finishing it by himself.

Huge macaroon ice cream sandwich

Pingu went to visit some of his Los Angeles friends. They had Vietnamese dinner and then tried this popular place called monster where they serve these ice cream sandwiches with big macaroons. Very nice and tasty!

Mountainbiking

Pingu and his colleague decided to rent mountainbikes and ride around in the nearby canyon. It wad hit and humid and tiring but it was also fun.

Back at the water

Can you see a frog on the surface? This was taken right after Momo-chan put it back to the pond.

Bye bye froggy

Here's Momo-chan releasing a frog. Today's frogs were really big.

カエルとヒル Frogs and leeches

Momo-chan and Pinga went to the frog pond after dinner. As it was warm and 24C degrees or so, there were many frogs on stones or atvthe surface of the pond sunbathing. To Pinga's surprise, Momo-chan caught two big frogs all by himself. Also, he found leeches as well. He call them "mjukis (small soft one)."

Del Mar sunset

Weather in San Diego yesterday was quite odd. It was both hot and humid and cloudy and rained. In the evening it cleared up so Pingu and his colleague went for a walk on the beach. Perfect temperature and a nice view too.
