It was raining but went out with twins to get some bubble tea. Momo-chan was at physiotherapy for the first time so they got one for Momo-chan as well.

Business analysis study session
After work, Pinga was attending this study session for IIBA certification. IIBA stands for international institute of business analysis. Pinga is already a certified project manager and she wondered if she needs another certification for business analysis but the best is to find out more and find out if she'd be interested in taking the exam. It was 3 hours long and it will be once a month.

Yoga twins
Pinga was on the waitlist for yoga class in the evening. Twins said they wanted to do yoga. They know poses like downdog and tree. They were very quick changing from one pose to the other though.
Snow fun
Momo-chan noticed that there was much snow on the balcony. He proposed to twins that they should honour and play. So they went out and had much fun.
Snowing and snowing
Momo-chan's school was closed due to heavy snow fall during the night. Pingu and Pinga were shaking their head as they cannot understand why they don't remove snow from the streets? It's dangerous and causing so much problems.
It started to snow again in the afternoon. Can you see it's all white behind QP-chan?

Minus 7C and snowing
It was not snowing during night but started to snow just when they went out of the apartment. They are in overall today as it's colder than yesterday.

Snowy morning
It snowed again in the evening on Sunday so they woke up to the white world. To their disappointment, they don't remove snow from the street so it's dangerous to drive or bike. Pingu drove to Momo-chan's school and Pinga walked to twins preschool.

Snowy Vancouver
There was no shared car at the airport and they took a train from the airport to downtown Vancouver. It was snowing and very cold. Although sleepy, kids walked well to the bus stop. They finally got home around 1 am.

Dinner at Dinah's
They met Pinga's aunt and uncle at Dinah's. They enjoyed fried chicken, mac n cheese and pancakes. Apple pancakes were especially tasty but Coco-chan just wanted a plain pancake.
Power nap
On the way to restaurants, tired twins had nap time. Coco-chan fell asleep first, then QP-chan.
Santa Monica airport
They went to Santa Monica airport to see mini planes taking off and landing. Twins were more focused on snacking at the beginning but after eating, they watched planes flying by.
Stuffies!
They were at a Japanese supermarket called Tokyo central. There was a corner with stuffies and other cute things and kids found so many things they want. Pinga got them gummies but no stuffies.

Macaron Momo-chan
Momo-chan liked the churro flavour best. He first tried salted caramel but that was too sweet. So he gave it to Pingu who loves salted caramel sweets.
Macaron time
Pingu got some macarons for the family. QP-chan picked berry one and Coco-chan chose Yuzu.
On the giant wheel
The shopping mall even has carousel and giant wheel. Momo-chan wanted to be on giant wheel so Pinga was on it with him. It went round for three times. They waved to twins and Pingu.
Spectrum of fun
As Pingu was having lunch with his Irvine colleagues, they went to Spectrum mall. There was this nice outdoor play area for kids. The weather was fine and even felt hot when in the sun.
Lunch time
It became bread lunch outside. Coco-chan and Momo-chan chose this matcha chocolate chip bread. QP-chan chose potato cheese bread but didn't eat much. They quickly went back to climbing.
Peko-chan x2?
They were at a Japanese supermarket. Pinga thought QP-chan looks like this Japanese character Peko-chan.
At IKEA
They drove to Ikea and had meatball lunch there. Momo-chan enjoyed it a lot but twins not so much. Twins are Americanized or Canada-nized and like french flies with ketchup a lot.
Gacha gacha
Momo-chan went with Pingu to buy a computer part. Twins were with Pinga at a Japanese supermarket. Pinga said to twins if they behave and help out, they could do this gacha gacha. They were so happy and chose the one they wanted.
Cat QP-chan
QP-chan likes cute things. She really liked these animal hairbands. Pinga ended up buying one for her.
Flying ace lego
Coco-chan was so tired and slept 12 hours and woke up happy. Then he made Snoopy's airplane with the help of Pinga.

Park closing time
They had so much fun and stayed until the park closing time at 6pm. QP-chan was so scared of all the roller coasters and other rides at the beginning but she did try some rides. Coco-chan was brave enough to try mini roller coaster together with Momo-chan at the end.

Huff and puff
This was twins favourite attraction and they did it ten times or so. They need to move their vehicle s themselves. Look at this movie for how they do it.
Hello Snoopy!
They said hello to Snoopy. He was friendly and fluffy! There was no line and they could take many photos with him.
Flying Coco-chan
It was Coco-chan's first attraction at Knott's berry firm. QP-chan was scared and just repeated "I don't want to ride." Coco-chan was brave enough to ride it alone.
Izzy and twins
They went to see their friends and also got to walk with them. They have two small dogs and one of them is called Izzy. She is very friendly and patient. They had fun with her. The other dog is one year old chihuahua and he was not at all friendly like her.
Snack on campus
It's not hot but not at all cold and no rain so they just sat and had snack. UCLA has new conference centre and the pavilion behind the kids had make over as well and looks very different from what Pinga knew. Well, she graduated almost 17 years ago so no wonder...
In Westwood
They drove up to Westwood to see their friends who work at UCLA. They went to their usual pizza restaurant. After that, they walked to UCLA campus.
Unicorn and QP-chan
QP-chan loves unicorns and whenever she finds them, gets excited. She is loving her new unicorn hoody too.

Hot chocolate time
Twins worked hard in the morning so there were hot chocolate and sandwiches. First, they said it's too hot so Pinga added more milk. Towards the end, it was not warm and QP-chan didn't like it cold.
Only one lift moving
Not sure of the reason why as it was not very windy but only one lift was moving at 9 am. Another started to move just before 11. Grouse Mountain is not that great for advanced skiers, thought Pinga. So she went to check out how twins were doing at ski school.
Ski school for the second time
It was snowing heavily but twins joined for Ski Wee at Grouse Mountain again. They were in good spirits and enjoyed it despite the weather. Their instructor said QP-chan can stop now. Coco-chan needs to be caught though.

Momo-chan and Pinga were at a ski shop to adjust Momo-cha's ski boots. Momo-chan had pain in his ancle bone after skiing in Whistler. Unfortunately they couldn't help as kids boots shells cannot be expanded like those of adults. So the shop person suggested ancle supporter and ski socks to protect his ancle. Let's hope that works.
Momo-chan found those cool skis and took photos of them. He asked where they got them at the cashier and the answer was from Colorado.

At the aquarium
As Pingu and Pinga went back to work, twins were with their nanny and Momo-chan was at day camp. Momo-chan went to bowling. Twins were at the aquarium. It was very crowded but they had fun.
Yoga QP-chan
Pinga was at a gym class called new year's resolution. Came back home and QP-chan brought the yoga mat and start doing yoga. Good job, QP-chan!
Found friends
They found friends who were also there to see Polar bear swim. They have been there for an hour as they thought it would start from 1pm. Luckily, it was not raining. At 2:30 pm, people just went into the water and came out in no time.
English Bay
Twins and Pinga walked to English bay to see the polar bear swim event. A couple of the people from Pinga's step class will participate. There were so many people!

Tempura soba
Following Japanese tradition, they had noodle for dinner. Pinga's tempura got good reviews from the family. Momo-chan mostly are noodle and twins almost just ate tempura.
